I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. T-Rex attacks in high definition on MUSE Hi-Vision. I watched red laser beam glitter in the dark near disc surface. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

2 small details: the #60 is printed in Red onto slide jacket for the 3M manufactured, with no barcode on the back cover. Pionner USA use a #60 in White and has the barcode on back cover.

This transfer was supervised and corrected by Stanley Kubrick himself.

The 3M version "red number" was released in 1988. The labels on the Pioneer "white number" version state 1990.

3M is in a hinge lid box, and more prone to rot. Far noisier than the later Pioneer pressing which is in a regular slip open box. Also, the Pioneer's framing is slightly shifted to the right. Their CLV is also this way.

My 3M copy is so rotted, you can see the rot physically on the disc. All 6 sides are covered with holes and speckles that actually let light pass through the discs. Video is covered with multi-colored snow, lines, and dropouts. Audio is heavily distorted on the digital channel, analog is usable, but the video is unwatchable. First disc I've ever seen that is this rotted. But hey, at least it still had the letter.
